The two new distribution centres at Brackmills Point in Northampton are now in their final stage before completion. Developer Roxhill and main contractor Winvic Construction have transformed the existing farmland expanding on the first phase of Brackmills Point. The larger of the two units is to be operated by sports retailer Decathlon while the smaller, 172,000 sq. ft. unit, remains a speculative development.

Our works on this project included the construction of all storm water and foul drainage, substructure foundations, and external works. As part of the development plan, minor highway improvements were also made to the existing Brackmills Industrial Estate under a Section 278 agreement.
