Willowbrook were awarded a contract for a proposed 2m sq. ft. industrial development site in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. The initial stages of the development included the construction of an access road and Section 278 works on the existing highway.

Onsite works comprised gabion retaining walls, a public-use cycleway, an emergency grasscrete access road, offsite foul and storm water drainage which featured attenuation ponds and swaile systems.
