Alibone Recycling

This contract was for the construction of a 40,000 sq. ft. facility on a six acre site designed to process up to 1,200 tonnes per week of paper, plastics and cans. The facility handles all household co-mingled recyclables for Wellingborough Borough Council.

The building boasts one of the UK’s largest eco-friendly, living green sedum grass roofs that successfully delivers innovative thermal insulation and rainwater harvesting while achieving the desired symbiosis with surrounding nature.

Stanley Black & Decker Logistics Centre
Client: Winvic Construction
Contract Value: £600,000

This logistics centre is one of our most recent projects. Comprising of a 235,000 sq. ft. warehouse alongside 18,000 sq. ft. office space, this nine month project for Black and Decker will act as a hub for the company in the centre of the UK’s logistics network.

Our works on this project involved the construction of all storm water and foul drainage, substructure foundations, and external works.
