We’re thrilled to welcome a new group of apprentices to Willowbrook Construction following a successful site visit day in partnership with Bedfordshire College at our Kettering construction site.
This visit was an invaluable opportunity for us to meet some of the brightest and most motivated young talent eager to build a future in construction. Several students truly stood out with their enthusiasm, professionalism, and clear passion for the industry. After a series of impressive interviews, we’re proud to announce their successful appointment to our team!
These future groundworkers will be starting their apprenticeships this September at CITB Bircham Newton College, where they’ll gain essential training alongside valuable hands-on experience with us on site. We’re committed to supporting their growth every step of the way — helping them lay strong foundations not only for projects but also for their careers in construction. 👷♂️👷♀️💪
